WesBell Electronics offers free nationwide delivery on most appliances, with options and pricing based on your zip code. In many Tri-State Area zip codes, we provide free In-Home Delivery, including placement in the room of your choice, with no minimum order. For other Tri-State zip codes, orders below $999 include a $99 Threshold Delivery fee, while orders over $999 qualify for free Threshold Delivery. For areas outside the Tri-State, delivery options and fees vary depending on location, order total, and service level. Additional charges may apply for remote areas, and some brands may be excluded due to manufacturer restrictions. To see if your delivery destination is within our radius enter your zip code at the product page or during the checkout process. Otherwise you may contact our Customer Service to receive a custom delivery quote.

In-stock orders usually ship within 24-48 hours. Special order items may take additional time. Customers will be notified of the estimated ship date at checkout.For customers in the tri-state area, delivery typically takes 1-4 business days. For other areas, delivery is estimated to take 1-2 weeks. When using third-party carriers, orders are prepared promptly but may experience additional waiting time until the carrier company picks them up. Please note that these times may vary based on product availability and location.

wesbellwireandcable.shop offers a 30 Day Return Policy from the date the merchandise ships. If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our warehouse.However, if the package is not returned in the same condition as delivered, we have restocking fees:  25% for unopened package, 50%  for opened package, and no returns for used appliances. We can accommodate the splitting of orders into multiple payments and/or shipments. However, at this time, it is not possible to set this up via our website.
