1.Do you have free shipping? / How do I qualify for free shipping?

WesBell Electronics offers free nationwide delivery on most appliances, with options and pricing based on your zip code. In many Tri-State Area zip codes, we provide free In-Home Delivery, including placement in the room of your choice, with no minimum order. For other Tri-State zip codes, orders below $999 include a $99 Threshold Delivery fee, while orders over $999 qualify for free Threshold Delivery. For areas outside the Tri-State, delivery options and fees vary depending on location, order total, and service level. Additional charges may apply for remote areas, and some brands may be excluded due to manufacturer restrictions. 2.When will I get my tracking number?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an email notification with all of the tracking details including: a clickable link to the trucking company responsible for delivering your product(s), a phone number to the trucking company and an estimated delivery date. 

3.Can I reschedule a delivery?

Yes. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least two days prior to the scheduled delivery date in order to avoid a rescheduling fee.

4. What happens if I can’t be there to sign for a delivery?

In the case that someone is not available to accept delivery, our customer service should be notified no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Upon notifying Town Appliance, a new delivery date will be set up. In addition, you can provide us with a signed document stating that we may leave the item. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipment once it is delivered.

5. Can you deliver my old appliances to a different address after my new ones are installed?

No, we do not deliver old appliances to other locations.

6. If my order can’t be delivered to the spot I wanted because of space constrictions, can the delivery partner carry it there?

Our delivery partners try to go above and beyond to provide you with a great delivery experience. However, for the sake of safety and the prevention of possible damage/injury, they will not lift or hoist your items over banisters or other obstructions or push the items through windows to deliver your merchandise.

7.Do you ship to my area?

To see if your delivery destination is within our radius enter your zip code at the product page or during the checkout process. Otherwise you may contact our Customer Service to receive a custom delivery quote.

8. How fast do my products ship?

In-stock orders usually ship within 24-48 hours. Special order items may take additional time. Customers will be notified of the estimated ship date at checkout.For customers in the tri-state area, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. For other areas, delivery is estimated to take 1-2 weeks. When using third-party carriers, orders are prepared promptly but may experience additional waiting time until the carrier company picks them up. Please note that these times may vary based on product availability and location.
